As with all 'families,' the relationship only works if it is two way and we have been delighted to care for this dear lady and interact with the whole family, who have been tremendously supportive of all that we strive to achieve to improve the lives of those in the Hythe View community.

My name is Dan and I am the Home Administrator at Hythe View, I joined the company in April 2022 after a decade in the travel industry including stints as cabin crew and a Commercial Manager for a tour operator. I had the opportunity to travel extensively but these days, I’m much happier with my feet on my ground as I’m dad to two boys and a dog!
When I was a child, my grandma would often take me to the care home where she worked. When I as a teenager my Mum went to University and trained to become a Nurse. During the COVID-19 Pandemic I worked as a carer and realised how hard but rewarding care work is. I’m so happy to be a part of the team here at Hythe View.
Job Title: Activities Coordinator

Debbie is the activities coordinator at Hythe View.
Fairly new to the role but brings a wealth of experience having wrked as an activities coordinator in several homes prior to joining Hythe View.
As well as being busy ensuring all the residents have enjoyable and fulfilling lives at Hythe View, Debbie also does lots of crafting for charities such as MIND, British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research.
