During my long career within the hospitality industry, I have had the pleasure of working at some iconic and well-known restaurants and hotels such as The Ivy and The Great Eastern Hotel. I have also worked at the Hawksmoor Steak Restaurant and the Palm Steak and Lobster Restaurant in Washington DC and London. I am looking forward to working with the kitchen team to give the residents at Newington Court nutritious and flavoursome home-cooked meals.
