Mum is 102 years old and registered blind but still shows her wonderful disposition which has helped her to settle in and feel at home. The staff are so attentive and caring and Mum says 'very discrete'. The daily activities are really well thought of. I visit Mum each day and there always seems to be laughter. She enjoys mealtimes, the varied menu and never stops telling me that she wants for nothing and there is always something to do.
Well done Kippington, keep it up and thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to review Kippingtons, we really appreciate your feedback. We take great pride in providing high-quality care and facilities and are very pleased to hear that your experience is a positive one.
Although there are no static call bells in the lounge, each resident is provided with a wireless call bell whilst in the lounge and conservatory should they need to use it, there are also always colleagues on hand to ensure residents safety and an activities coordinator who is able to offer a variety of activities. We always welcome comments and suggestions and the opportunity to improve and we hope you will continue to share your thoughts with us in the home in future.

Thank you for your feedback. At Kippington Care Home we strive to improve the services that we provide and value any comments made so we are able to do so. We pride ourselves on providing varied choices for each of our residents whilst maintaining their individual requirements. We will arrange for the chef to meet with you so that we are able to find out what your food preferences are and make sure that they are available in future. I would like to assure you that we do have sufficient staff on duty for the needs of our residents and review our staffing numbers on a monthly basis; so that we are able to provide person centred care and spend valuable time with our residents. We always welcome the opportunity to review and improve upon what we offer and hope you will share your thoughts with us in the home.
