We have left our aunt in 2 other homes but did not see such an exceptional level of care like what she is receiving at Little Court. The staff seem well trained and there are plenty of staff around always.
They are always courteous, patient and friendly. I think the management has done a great job
in training the staff. Yesterday I had an off duty carer offering to help me take my aunt for a stroll. I watched one of the carers stand next to the bed and feed my aunt for about 45 mins. Such excellent care.

My 101 year old Aunt recently stayed at Little Court Nursling Home for a week of respite care while her carers at home had a break.
She was very happy during her week & on leaving asked when she could come back again!

We viewed the home and found overall a nice place for my uncle to end his days! The staff are very helpful and friendly and are aware of individuals needs. Thank you for all you did for my uncle during his short time with you.

My father, having been in Little Court Nursing Home for twelve months plus, passed away on 19/1/17. The end of life care, dignity and more that was showered on my father was exemplary and for that we will be eternally grateful.

The expert handling of patients with dementia is first class, very kind and level of staff to patients is very good. The activities are very good and include everyone. Staff are very kind and polite.

After coming here from another nursing home, I was apprehensive of my three month stay, but was very impressed. The previous home was for 3 months and was more of a hospital and excellent in all respects. Little Court have very good staff from all areas, cleaning, all areas were spotless to care workers
and nurses who were mainly not English but were compassionate, caring and enjoyable company to be around. Despite my illness it was a joy to wake up in the morning. The food and catering staff were great as well.

My friend has been at Little Court for 2 and half years - he has been very happy. The staff treat him very well and he has made very good friends. The care is excellent and he has always enjoyed the food. His doctor sees him every week which has really helped him. He has a lovely room which overlooks
the garden.

Fabulous home, staff really kind and helpful, has changed my mind about care homes. My room was lovely. The food very good so much choice and so much of it. I was not sure about going into a care home but needed to following and operation I chose very wisely. Thank you to fantastic team.

I am at Little Court until my leg mends because I live on my own, my room is very bright and has everything I need, the food is good I like having a choice everyday. I have joined in some activities which I did enjoy. The staff are really friendly nothing is too much trouble. I have joined the knitting
club and we are knitting flowers, the doctor's so kind and spent time with me, very different than the hospital. I told my sister to come here for a holiday.

This is possibly my last Christmas although I said last year. Staff here have made it so far the best Christmas and it's not even the 25th yet. Nothing is too much trouble, tea is on tap, food 24 hours a day. People who care and give me time, they listen to me, and listen to my woes, I am very happy
here. I have made some very good friends.

I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007. Have vast experience in different nursing departments.


Being part of MG Homes, I and our multi-disciplinary team of nurses, carers, domestic, and kitchen staff, will work together in order to deliver the best person-centred care to those we support.


I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014. I started as a Registered Nurse, in 2016 I was promoted to Deputy Manager, and in 2018 to Manager.

Job Title: Activities Coordinator

Joined: 2015

My role over the last 8 years has been to work with our residents to improve their quality of life by regularly asking them what they would like to include in our plans.


My most recent achievement involves one of our lovely gentlemen who had lost a lot of strength in his legs. He came to me and asked if I could help him walk again. We started off slowly with some gentle movement and then started to incorporate resistance training and fall prevention exercises. Now he is able to walk with the aid of a Zimmer frame.


I love my job; every day is different, every resident is different and at the end of it I feel like I have made a difference.

I have been working for MG Homes for about 6 months and have over 40 years of experience in the facilities field. My experience as a facilities manager in the NHS for 18 years has brought me here to gain more experience.


I like how different my job is every day. The working environment is really good and I enjoy making the days of our residents and staff brighter.

I moved back from Wales over ten years ago and wanted to get a job so I could use my property maintenance skills. For 10 years I worked as a Maintenance Manager at MG Homes. I love my job; it gets me involved with the residents and I am happy to contribute to their well-being by keeping their rooms nice and tidy.


My best achievement so far is receiving compliments from residents and their families about the appearance of both homes, communal areas and residents' bedrooms. I have recently moved into the position of Facilities Administrator, and there is a lot of administrative work behind the maintenance. I continue to enjoy my work and improving the lives of residents.
