It is important to us that our home is welcoming and friendly. A lot of our residents get pleasure from seeing animals in the home It is very therapeutic and only last week we had an array of animals visit and we have a pony booked too. It is our residents home first of all.

I am delighted to lead the team at Maidstone Care Centre in my capacity as the General Manager, I am deeply passionate about caring for older people. With 19 years of experience in the sector, I find joy and fulfilment in ensuring residents are well cared for and live a rewarding life in our home - I especially enjoy my daily interactions with all the residents. I have a degree in nursing from the Philippines and have specialised in dementia care completing further studies at Bradford University. My dedication to improving the lives of the residents is at the heart of my work.
