We're sorry to hear that your aunt's stay with us was not up to the standards that we strive for, and we take all feedback seriously and are committed to improving the quality of care that we provide. Many of the issues have been acknowledged as present before the acquisition, and it was clear that the home needed to take action to address these issues and improve the quality of care provided. The new management team are doing this despite only being in place since the start of March this year, and many current family members have already seen some of the ongoing changes that have been implemented and appear happy with the direction that the home is going. As mentioned, our new management team has only been in place since March 2023. We acknowledge that there have been issues in the past, but we can assure you that we are working hard to address them. Since our new team took over, we have implemented a number of changes to improve the overall quality of care in our home. For example, we have invested in training programs to ensure that all staff are up to date with the latest best practices in care, so this transpires into the care provided for our residents.
In addition, we are inviting the community into the home to see the changes we are implementing. We understand the importance of transparency and want to show our commitment to providing high-quality care. Furthermore, we are in communication with the local councils to make enhancements within the home.
