Thank you for your kind words regarding the care that your Mother receives at Priory Mews and for taking the time to complete the feedback. In recent months, we have reviewed the mealtime experience at Priory Mews and made some exciting changes, enhancing meal times for all our Residents in line with our “Dignity in Dining” program. This includes particular focus around providing a restaurant-quality experience for all our Residents, whether they decide to eat in our newly laid out dining rooms, or if they decide to eat in their rooms. We want our Residents to enjoy the meal experience and for it to feel special, which is especially important for our residents living with dementia which is why we engaged with experts in the field to ensure we make all mealtimes meaningful for all Residents.
