It has been almost four years since our mother has been in your care. Generally, our mother is looked after very well. We have nothing to complain about, rather we thank you all - sisters and staff. We know our mother's care is not a normal one. Therefore, our hope and prayer rests in God's miracle
doing for our mother to become well. Our prayer continues for our mother and for you all - sisters, staff and the management team. Thank you. God keeps you safe and well.

The team at Wells House are very caring. My mother always looks well cared for and her overall health has improved during the time she has been a resident. The team alert me to any concerns. Her care plan has been designed to care for her as an individual.

My mother became a resident here in July 2021, after becoming very ill in another care home, and they have restored my confidence. The care my mother receives is excellent and the staff are superb and very caring.

I have been at Wells House for over a year and have found that all the staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in a home such as this would be extremely happy. You can refer all I have said to myself.

My father has been living at Wells House since 2018. The staff are lovely and we have never had any issues at all. During lockdown, they took great care of him and I was regularly updated and given online contact with him. They are attentive and contact me, as next of kin, with any information that
they think I need to be aware of.
The home is clean and smells fresh, as is his room. We were always offered refreshments when we were there (pre lockdown). Understandably, things are different now.
When we were able to go out before lockdown, there was the option to go on trips once a month, despite being unable to walk, and I was able to go with him. They had visitors to the house who entertained them, including an accordion player, who sang all the old songs. They also had parties for various occasions. We could also see him in the well-kept garden.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

Throughout the difficult stages of lockdown, my family and I have consistently been updated with the latest policy for contact and communication with our mother. Thus was much appreciated as we know we could rely upon the excellent management and staff. It is this superb commitment to detail that has
kept all the patients and staff COVID free. We couldn't ask for more from them and our heartfelt thanks go out to one and all concerned.

At a very difficult time, Wells House staff have maintained a high standard of care. Universal difficulties at this time regarding visiting and communications, but Wells House policies have maintained an impeccable record.

The home is very well run, clean and the staff are great. My mother has been in the home for about two years now and is very happy. It has only been in the past month that we have been able to see our mother, due to the Covid outbreak. The measures the home has put in place, to see our mother, are very
good. The home used to be H.G. Wells' house and has many features and is well maintained. A big thank you to all the staff in these challenging times.

Under extreme circumstances, Wells House has kept my mother safe and COVID-free. My family and I remain eternally grateful for the staff's dedication and care. To an extent, my mother has been protected from the effects of the pandemic and has lived comfortably in her little secure world of Wells House.
She has felt loved and very much cared for.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I have been unable to visit my daughter in Wells House but have read previous reviews and spoken to the manager on a few occasions and am pleased she is under the care of a dedicated team. I cannot, therefore, give a review having not seen the accommodation.

My mother is receiving end of life care at Wells House Nursing Home. The manager quickly assessed and arranged for her admittance, and everything has been very smooth.
My mother is very happy here and is being very well cared for. The food looks lovely, and the staff are very friendly. All of our

My mother lived in Wells House for three years, until her death in October 2019. I live in Australia but visited her every year for about two weeks. I found her care in Wells House to be exemplary. Without exception, the staff were caring and cheerful - and my mother was not always in a good mood.
Her room and Wells House, in general, were always spotless. The food was good and plentiful. I recommend Wells House very highly.

I have no complaints with the service and care provided.
The staff are all efficient, attentive and caring.
Conditions are comfortable and clean and the food sufficient and varied for my needs. I am more than happy with all aspects of my care and the opportunities I have to mix with other residents
both inside the home and on the arranged trips. All have contributed to improving my health.

At first, I did not want to come, but my daughter said to try it for a month. When I arrived, the carers were ery welcoming and friendly. I got into bed and the nurse came and examined me and told me to buzz if I ever wanted help. As the weeks went by I got to know the carers, who were so good. I was
so happy. The food was good and I began to put on weight. I was allowed visitors whenever I wanted them. There is a lounge where you can go and meet other residents. The entertainment is good, something for everyone.

My father was not in Wells House for very long but he loved it there.
He thought the staff were superb and had absolutely no complaints.
I thought they were all lovely too - caring compassionate, friendly, in fact, the whole family agreed we couldn't have found a better place for my terminally ill
dad.
