It is very sad when one care home closes, and if there is anything more we can do to support you through the transition, please do not hesitate to ask. I am happy to receive the positive comments and that our staff are very friendly, and willing to help. We believe this to be very important for anyone living in social care. In relation to your cream, I have discussed this with yourself on a 1-1 level and I believe this problem has now been resolved.
