The care that has been given to my uncle has been cheerful, considerate and caring.
He is kept clean and happy.
He was so unhappy in his first home he smashed the home up, but here he is very content and is well fed.
They also manage his Parkinson's very well and are good with his wife who visits
him.

I have been very impressed by the condition of the residents and all the staff, they are very attentive and always address my husband by his first name. They have a chat and are always cheerful.
He is spotlessly clean with fresh clothes every day. He is helped with his meals and always has fresh drinking
water. I try to visit most days and am always most welcomed.

I have been visiting my friend for over 3 years now and she has always received kind and helpful support from the friendly staff. The new rooms are light and airy and the new lounge looks out onto the garden. Thank you to all the staff who do a grand job looking after my friend. I do appreciate all

The care home is so lovely and staff are so friendly and very helpful. My mother-in-law is looked after so well. Due to having sight loss myself staff have been so kind to pick me up near my home and bring me to see my mother-in-law and have kindly taken me back to my bus stop for me to get back home.
I am very happy with all the care they are given my mother-in-law. I highly recommend this home to anyone, it's lovely and thank you all for your help and kindness looking after her.

My partner lived here for six months. He was very well looked after. He was always safe, lovely and clean, fed well and his room always lovely and clean, crispy white sheets. The staff are so kind, very considerate, also really kind to me.
Words aren't enough.

My mother does not eat very much but is always encouraged to try the food. The staff have a good understanding of how to cope with elderly folk and use good psychology to achieve the aims of the home. She is happy enough with the home despite not being very strong or enthusiastic about being old. An
extra room for quiet visiting on activities with families would be a useful addition.

The staff at Warwick Park are very friendly and attentive. They kept us informed of mum's behaviour, eating habits and mood. I cannot praise the staff enough. The home is so clean and everyone was so caring. Mum enjoyed it here. Excellent all round.

Kind and careful, all personal care has been provided and not causing me embarrassment.
At night, only one nurse offered me a soapy cloth to complete my hygiene.
Was provided a whistle style to collect us to the well-furnished sitting room and placed where we could sit next to a favourite companion
with challenges that each one can attain.

I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007. Have a vast experience in different nursing departments.


Being part of MG Homes, I and our multi-disciplinary team of nurses, carers, domestic, and kitchen staff, will work together in order to deliver the best person-centred care to those we support.


I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014. I started as a registered nurse, in 2016 I was promoted to deputy manager and in 2018 I was promoted to manager.

I have worked in the Healthcare sector since 2011. I started as a care assistant, then progressed into care co-ordinator, field care supervisor and now HR administrator at MG Homes.


I joined MG Homes to expand my knowledge of the care sector within the administration field of the Head Office. I get great fulfilment in supporting our staff, relatives and residents throughout the longevity of their stay with us.

I have been working at MG Homes for 3 years. My role as Activities Coordinator is varied and life-affirming. I have gathered a wealth of wisdom that people have generously shared with me, and I continue to learn as I accompany individuals. I'm very fortunate that my job allows me to take time to be with people and that's what I love about my job.


My greatest point of pride is Warwick Park being recognised for great and memorable activities and events.


Whether it's Valentine's Day, Halloween or a summer festival, we throw a good party to bring out the beautiful smiles of our residents and families! I am proud to have organised the events and see how engaged everyone is each time!

I moved back from Wales over ten years ago and wanted to get a job so I could use my property maintenance skills. For 10 years I worked as a Maintenance Manager at MG Homes. I love my job; it gets me involved with the residents and I am happy to contribute to their well-being by keeping their rooms nice and tidy.


My best achievement so far is receiving compliments from residents and their families about the appearance of both homes, communal areas and residents' bedrooms. I have recently moved into the position of Facilities Administrator, and there is a lot of administrative work behind the maintenance. I continue to enjoy my work and improving the lives of residents.
