Always keeping me informed about my aunt. Great care at all times making her life very comfortable. Always happy atmosphere in home, music always playing very cheering. Staff hard working and always caring.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly, even the maintenance manager talks to us and mum. If we notice an issue with mum's health, staff are quick to address the issue and respond back to us. Mum's dementia is now very advanced but the staff take the time to talk to her and show her photographs we have
taken in. I know from what the staff have told me that mum has had moments where she has remembered people and events from her past, this does not happen often, so mum must feel very comfortable in their presence.
Mum's condition does mean that sometimes her behaviour can be very demanding and unpredictable, but the staff remain kind and caring and I so appreciate this. I feel confident that mum is being well looked after and that her condition is understood and she is treated with respect and compassion. I would not wish for mum to be in any other home.

Our lovely mum has been in Copper Beeches for 2 years now. We visit weekly, sometimes, more and have always found the staff welcoming and friendly. The food is very good and mum's room is clean. Yes, the building needs some upgrades, but the staff make up for that ten-fold. If there has been a problem,
which has been very few and far between, it is dealt with as soon as possible. Mum has dementia and appears comfortable and settled, she is treated with dignity and respect. The staff genuinely care about the residents and that is the most we can hope for.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Always quick to react to medical care changes.
Lots of decorating being done in the communal areas. The rooms are basic and probably need to be refreshed.
I know that residents are safe and happy.

I regularly visit both my parents at Copper Beeches and have found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff are very attentive and helpful if there is a problem of any kind.
I would recommend Copper Beeches to anyone who is looking for a care home for a relative.

Happy with mums care the staff look after her well. The rooms are dated and need refurbishment, can't comment on the activities as mum is no longer involved. Mum seems to enjoy the food. Overall we are happy.

I visit my wife at Copper Beeches 4 to 5 times a week so I've got to know a lot of the staff that work there. I have found on "every" visit all the staff have been very helpful and always gone to extra mile to solve any problems I might have in my opinion the staff and management at "Beeches" are all
second to none. For me 10 out of 10.

When visiting care home for approval my sister and myself found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave extra advice.
When our father was admitted to the home, we found that all the staff were very caring and approachable.
Although the building could
do with some upgrading, the staff keep the rooms and residential lounges very clean.

My overall experience of this care home and its staff, even though only a week. Has been extremely positive for myself, my husband and my mother-in-law. Staff were extremely polite, friendly, welcoming and had a great deal of empathy towards my mother-in-law and myself and husband. My mother-in-law
was treated with the utmost dignity and respect, nothing was too much trouble. Even managing to get my mother-in-law out into the communal area was something really positive as she had been on bed rest for nearly 2 months. In the time leading up to her passing, she became more aware and even recognised her son. Which she hadn't done in the hospital. The staff made us aware of anything and everything to do with my mother-in-law. Her passing was very peaceful, dignified and relaxed within the home which was all we could ask for. She was a person and not a number. Very highly recommended.

My Auntie is in Copper Beeches and every time we have visited, the staff have always been really helpful and friendly and really do seem to care about the resident's wellbeing. My Auntie has been in several care homes and this one is by far the best in my opinion and I would highly recommend it.

A very friendly and caring home. Mum seems happy here. So pleased the manager came back, wasn't the same without him. Staff have so much respect for him. Food is amazing. The whole home needs to be redecorated. Mum is treated with dignity and kept clean.

Copper Beeches Care Home is proving to be a wonderful home for my uncle. The manager is very happy and friendly and interacts with all the residents. Staff are very friendly and caring and extremely hardworking. Food is amazing and plentiful. Cleaners are continually cleaning and keeping the place looking
fresh and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
