My late husband was treated with care and kindness throughout his stay. Attention to his particular nutritional needs turned him from refusing to eat (and appearing skeletal) back to a man with a normal appetite, one with many frailties but more flesh on his bones.
His dignity was maintained at all
times. Family members were able to take him out in a wheelchair whenever he was well enough. Flexibility was always exercised by staff. His frequent infections were promptly dealt with.
I/we cannot fault the care he was given.

After much deliberation we have decided to relocate my friend to a brand new care home very near to our home - distance has not enabled me to visit frequently. We have found the quality of care to be most impressive. The home is warm, clean and clearly comfortable - the staff are wonderful. I have only
one single complaint and that is airlessness. So you see it is a very minor one! I find the atmosphere completely stifling and I do understand that elderly people feel the cold, but this is not fresh!

We could not have chosen a better care home. My mother spent her last days at Lashbrook and the staff made it as easy as possible for us. Everyone was extremely kind and respectful and eager to please. Her room was cheerful warm clean and comfortable. My mother became very frail however the carers included
her in every activity she could enjoy and showed her their affection. The staff had good rapport with us and her GP and we were always welcomed whatever day or time it was.

Mum was resident for only four weeks and died at Lashbrook House. She was extremely difficult to deal with during this time due to severe dementia but the staff coped admirably and showed care and patience. We were always made to feel welcome and all our concerns were taken seriously and dealt with
promptly. The staff were lovely.

Mum has been at Lashbrook House for 20 months. All the staff and management are friendly, any concerns and the manager has dealt with it. Mum seems happy and I go away feeling that she is well cared for.

Exceptional care and love has been shown to my mother throughout her stay at Lashbrooks. Activities are lovely and staff get involved with the residence.
The support we as a family have been given this Christmas as my mum passed away has been phenomenal.

Following a long period of complex health issues my Father required 24 hour nursing and assistance for all of his care needs, we required assurance all of his care needs would be met through effective communication, 24 hour nursing care, and access to Medical professionals if required, whilst living
in pleasant and clean environment. Lashbrook House provided us with all of my Father's practical requirements with the addition of the 'personal touch'. All of the staff that I came in contact with were caring, professional, and empathetic. My father was treated with the utmost respect and dignity at all times and he appeared comfortable and peaceful during my regular visits to the home. The Home Manager communicated with me regularly of any changes and provided me and my family with the support required during what was a difficult period. I believe staff to be trained to a superior quality to deal with physical and cognitive impairment evident through the care my Dad received. I would like to thank the Manager and all staff on behalf of my Dad for making him feel 'at home' during his end of life.

My father is always content when we visit. If he was unhappy it would be evident. Staff are always knowledgeable about how he is. I am notified if any changes in his condition. We are always welcomed when we visit. I feel comfortable that he will be well looked after when I leave him. This is no small
thing as I have not always felt so comfortable in previous establishment Dad has been resident in. I am delighted with the care he receives at Lashbrook.
