My Mother-in-law has been in the home since last year.
Her remaining at home had become impossible due to her dementia getting worse and her behaviour more challenging.
What difference we have seen in her with the fantastic care that she receives.
All of the carers are cheerful and smiling.
It
had such a homely feeling the moment you enter.

Since being in the home, my parents have been well looked after with nothing being too much trouble. They are clean, fed and safe. Not only that but they are given activities to keep their minds active.

The care home has a lovely 'home from home' feel. You are greeted by a friendly face as you enter. Residents look content and relaxed. Everywhere smells clean and fresh, nice decor and furnishings, staff are friendly and approachable, caring and competent. Management available if any questions regarding
your relative's care needs. All in all, very satisfactory.

My husband requires 24-hour care and is wheelchair bound. Since arriving at Ramping Cat House last year, we have experienced friendly and caring service. All friends visiting agree that they are always welcomed and feel the home has a warm, cosy atmosphere. Unlike the home, he was in previously! The
management and staff do an amazing job considering the enormity of it.

My grampy was taken to the care home after being in hospital. He had been in another care home which we were not happy with, so as you can imagine we were all a bit concerned at first with the move. As we looked around and met the staff, we soon realised that it was a lovely, homely place and the staff
were so welcoming to us at all times. My gramp received so much attention and they cared for his needs so well. Sadly he passed away but the staff were so supportive and gave us private time near the end but were just outside the door if we needed them.

The staff at the care home are absolutely amazing. My husband has now stayed 3 times for respite and I would not hesitate to book in the future. The home is very clean and very caring about all of their residents. I would rate the home as 100%.

I was extremely impressed by the quality of care my friend received. I am a retired nurse and these things matter enormously to me. My friend died in your care and his care could not have been bettered. He always looked clean, shaven and even the day before he died nodded when I asked him if he was
comfortable. The staff were all courteous and friendly. The room was clean, bright and attractive.
His family were also very grateful for the care that he received in the last weeks of his life and by the friendliness and sympathetic support they received from all the staff.

My mum went to the Ramping Cat House Nursing Home last night. I can honestly say when she went in she looked dreadful. She looks so much better with the care she is receiving.
