Fee rates are dependent upon the type of stay . Level of care is determined by a full pre admission assessment. We will apply for NHS-funded Nursing Care (FNC) for all residents receiving nursing care and if awarded this will be deducted from your fees.
The home have open visiting, a warm welcome will greet all visitors including pets.

We have worked hard on recruitment in the past 12 months and have reduced agency use to a minimum, as we know that when using agency it can impact on service delivery. I acknowledge your concern about communication with families /keeping them updated about their loved ones, but particularly when they are unable to visit and /or live abroad. I have worked in Adult Social Care since the mid-1980s, starting out as Volunteer, and working my way up into Management in the early 1990s.
During my career, I have worked both within the Public & Private sector, managing services ranging from small group homes for young adults with a physical and/or learning disability to large Nursing & Residential Homes. Whilst my background is not in nursing, I have developed extensive knowledge & understanding of the clinical aspects of care.
I am passionate about supporting older people and providing the highest standards of care that are truly person-centred. I believe to achieve this comes from engaging individuals whose personal value base is aligned with that my own and the ethos of EFHL. I am committed to supporting my colleagues to develop themselves both personally & professionally through coaching, mentoring & training, and empowering them to be their best.
