Fee rates are dependent upon the type of stay . Level of care is determined by a full pre admission assessment. We will apply for NHS-funded Nursing Care (FNC) for all residents receiving nursing care and if awarded this will be deducted from your fees.
The home have open visiting, a warm welcome will greet all visitors including pets.

Myself and Efhl recognise Rush Court has been through a difficult time in the past couple of years, and are committed to driving forward improvements. In recent months we have worked hard to recruit to key management roles within the team and permanent colleagues, reducing our reliance on agency use. I strive to respond in a timely manner to feedback, both negative and positive, that will ultimately help us to continually improve. I am confident that with the support of the new Clinical Care Manager and Unit Manager, who will be taking up post shortly, we can restore the home to the standards that you and we expect.

I have worked in Adult Social Care since the mid-1980s, starting out as Volunteer, and working my way up into Management in the early 1990s.
During my career, I have worked both within the Public & Private sector, managing services ranging from small group homes for young adults with a physical and/or learning disability to large Nursing & Residential Homes. Whilst my background is not in nursing, I have developed extensive knowledge & understanding of the clinical aspects of care.
I am passionate about supporting older people and providing the highest standards of care that are truly person-centred. I believe to achieve this comes from engaging individuals whose personal value base is aligned with that my own and the ethos of EFHL. I am committed to supporting my colleagues to develop themselves both personally & professionally through coaching, mentoring & training, and empowering them to be their best.
