With regards to food, our residents' dietary requirements are reviewed as and when their needs change, at Mill House we offer a wide range of pureed food to cater for everyone. The Home Manager has been made aware that your Mother-in-law isn't happy with her food and this is something himself and the catering team are looking at. We know your Mother-in-law likes fish and enjoys her Friday fish supper. Thanks again for your review, it is through a feedback process that we can further improve the service we provide.

Job Title: Home Manager
Nicki started working in Health and Social Care as a qualified Nurse in 1986. She worked on the Ophthalmology ward, ENT and ran outpatient clinics at St Georges Hospital in London. When Nicki moved to Oxfordshire, she worked as an agency nurse and discovered how much she enjoyed working in Nursing Homes. When she isn’t working, Nicki enjoys long country walks with her dogs, competitive cycling and climbing mountains such as Snowdon!
