My name is Adriana and I am the Deputy Manager here at Broome Park Nursing Home. I qualified as a nurse in Romania in 2006, and in 2011 I received my NMC registration as RGN in the UK.
I have worked at Broome Park since 2013 as a RGN and was then promoted to a Deputy Manager position.
I enjoy my time working here and I always try to make a difference in our resident's life so they can have a positive experience while in our care.

My name is Shannon, I am the Home Administrator. I joined Broome Park in January 2023 initially as a receptionist but shortly after moved into the Home Administrator role. I have 4 years of experience in care prior to my role at Broome Park.
I love working within care, especially at Broome Park. No two days are the same. I enjoy the interactions I have with people on a daily basis and building strong relationships with residents, relatives and the caring team I work alongside.
My time outside of work is spent with my family, mostly my younger siblings as I am their personal taxi service!

I have been the Activities Coordinator at Broome Park since 2023.
I love my job here as Broome Park is unique in that there is a sense that everyone is part of a very large family, we all care for the Residents, and we’re a team that helps each other to make those residents' day-to-day experiences special.
I am the Mother of two beautiful young ladies, 3 dogs, 2 ducks, 1 chicken and 1 cockatiel. I am married to a wonderful man, and we enjoy walking and cycling together, I love crafting, and crocheting and am a keen researcher too.

I started at Broome Park team in October 2020 in the maintenance department.
I love to be a part of the team and pride myself on being there when they need me. I make sure I am on top of my daily job tasks and love interacting with our lovely residents and their needs. I never give up until things are done properly to meet the standards.
I love to travel to be with my family and to support my favourite football team!
