We are very pleased that you have a positive impression of our team and the high-quality care they provide. Coxhill Manor is an older building which retains a myriad of period features – from stained glass and leaded windows to parquet flooring, original fireplaces and rooms with fine high ceilings. We are happy to report that we have a rolling ongoing maintenance programme to ensure that our high standards of service can be properly maintained. As a Home Manager of Coxhill Manor, I am proud to lead an enthusiastic and compassionate team, who are passionate about what they do and dedicated to providing excellent care to our residents.
I feel fortunate to work alongside such caring and skilled individuals who strive to care for the residents with the love and kindness we would expect from our own families.
I have gained over 11 years of experience working within health care, starting my journey in healthcare as a care assistant. As my experience developed, I had opportunities to progress to work as a team leader, care manager, deputy and home manager.
I hold a Master's in Nursing and Healthcare and qualification in health and social care.
I am passionate about well-being and happiness for all our residents and staff. As a home manager, I lead by example to promote a highly motivated team and deliver person-centred care to our residents.
I firmly believe that every resident should be involved in all decisions relating to their own and should have as many opportunities as possible to live life as actively and independently as they choose.

I have an in-depth knowledge of the running of Coxhill Manor, starting here in 2014 and working within several areas of the home. I keep the home organised and on track with whatever the day brings and put the residents first with everything we do.
