Kings Lodge has always given their very best care and support to my relative. He always says King's Lodge is the best care home he has been in. They go above and beyond to make sure his needs are met. We can't thank them enough.

Wonderful service, the staff do their best.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
Always a cheerful approach from staff, also professional and caring.
All amenities are available and a good-sized garden to sit in.

My brother has been a resident at King's Lodge for 6 months following an accident in which he suffered catastrophic brain injuries. King's Lodge has proven to be a peaceful, caring and nurturing environment for him and I am so grateful to all of the staff. It is clear that the staff have become like
family to my brother and he is very fond of them.
I live in Northern Ireland so can only visit occasionally but when I do, the staff are so kind and accommodating. Meals for visitors are available for a small fee, which is great when you've just come off the plane and means I can spend more time with my brother. Now that he can feed himself we sit and have lunch together and life feels almost normal.
The home runs a wonderful social media page with regular updates on the many activities for the residents and their families, and the fabulous catering at these events.
It has a beautiful garden and fish pond which provides a lovely setting for fair weather visits.

A huge thanks to everyone at Kings Lodge for making my mothers time (4 years) there enjoyable. As a family, we cannot express how thankful we are to the entire team for all the care and support they provided to her. A huge thank you to the physio team who worked with her to regain her mobility we are
forever grateful. If not for you, I’m am not sure if my mum would now be in independent living - she is so excited for her new journey in life in her own flat, but she is also sad at saying farewell to everyone at Kings Lodge who have become like an extended family to her.
Wishing you all the best, and I am sure that you will continue to provide an excellent service.

Things have greatly improved at Kings Lodge in the last few months, with the new manager and more staff. All the staff, carers and nurses are very caring and helpful. I am very happy my son is looked after very well.

For the last 6 months, this home has improved beyond recognition, there are more permanent staff and agency has dwindled to a very low number, all the staff are a lot happier and this transmits to the residents. The changed management is 100% better and the open door policy has completely changed the
home. Lastly, the activities department is excellent, there is no reason for any resident to be bored.

Extremely satisfied with all aspects of care and rehabilitation given to my husband. Staff treat him and myself with respect and are most friendly at all times. Recent months new management have been instilled which has made for an even better atmosphere with staff, residents and families involved with
