Huntington House provides residential and nursing care from £1,715 per week.
Room fees are all-inclusive - it is one price for all the care and support you will ever need, and includes food and drink, hospitality, activities, transport, hairdressing and newspapers.
External healthcare costs, such as physiotherapy, chiropody, dentistry etc. are not included.
We provide dementia care for early-stages of dementia. Specialist dementia care is provided in our other care home, Langham Court, which is also on The Huntington & Langham Estate.
Visiting is welcomed at any time, please do pop in. Dog friendly and would love to see your pet when you visit.
Plenty of free parking is available.

Sadly in January and February, we had totally unprecedented levels of staff sickness due to the nationwide flu epidemic. Having grown up in Huntington House and spent my childhood living alongside the people we've looked after, I have a unique insight into care. As a result, I am always trying to find ways to make our care home more of a, well, home. I've pioneered a care model that breaks down the barriers between residents and staff, and have been invited to speak at industry events about the importance of relationship-centred care and creating a sense of belonging in an industry that often aspires to be hotel-like with more emphasis on hospitality than homeliness.
Pre-Covid, my own family played a big part in our home, and we are currently training our new puppy (a miniature dachshund) to be a therapy dog that will hopefully soon be coming to the homes with me on a daily basis.
