Norfolk House in Weybridge, Surrey, is a purpose-designed care home providing personalised residential care, short-term respite care, expert nursing care and specialist dementia care for older people, including those with physical disabilities.

The home offers communal areas and facilities where residents can relax, socialise and carry on pursuing hobbies or discover new interests, including a hairdressing salon, library, reminiscence room and landscaped garden with a beautiful pergola.

Every resident’s room at Norfolk House is en-suite, tastefully decorated and includes comfortable furnishings. Residents are welcome to arrange their rooms however they wish, and can bring their own possessions to help them feel completely at home.

    an agreed hourly charge for this service.

My sister and I cannot thank you enough for the way you looked after our mum. Sadly she was only with you for a few weeks. Everyone treated her so well and as if you had known her for ages. You treated mum with kindness, and respect and allowed her to keep her dignity to the very end.

My partner came to Norfolk House from hospital in December last year, after being in respite care in a walton home. I have been amazed by her improvement in care since this move. When I visited her in the previous home she always appeared anxious, appearing dishevelled and sometimes in clothes that
were not clean, or even hers. Now when I visit she is calm, content, clean and smart. Her care comes across as loving and devoted.
Also, importantly, the staff are always willing to spare time to talk, on experience not always available previously. Thank you so much.

My father was admitted to Norfolk House following a serious fall. At 99, he had multiple other health problems which meant he needed the very highest level of nursing and support. As someone whose body is failing but whose mind is still lucid and alert, we were very impressed by the care and respect
he received at Norfolk House. He was immediately welcomed and cared for in every possible way by all the staff. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Norfolk House.


He also really enjoyed the food he was served - especially the cooked breakfast to start the day and when he wanted something very light at tea time, a special platter of chopped fruit was specially prepared for him. This all made a very difficult time as good as it could be.

We have been most impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the staff - nothing is too much trouble. The food has been excellent and plenty of it, prepared in such a way that it was easy for my husband to eat it. We will certainly recommend this nursing home to our friends.

The staff at Norfolk House are amazing. All the nursing staff are excellent and I can't fault them. The home is always spotlessly clean and well maintained. Norfolk House have been amazing with my 95-year-old Grandmother. Her room was much better than we expected. Lots of room. My granny has been very happy here, making friends she was very apprehensive but the staff are friendly, kind and funny. Nothing is too much trouble. They also put a programme together
to find out her wants and needs, likes and dislikes. We thought this was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you Norfolk House.

My father entered Norfolk House earlier this year and all the staff have been very kind and understanding of the situation. It has not been an easy time for anyone with the Covid restrictions but they go out of their way to cope with the changing regulations in order for residents to see their family
members where possible.
The care home is always clean and care taken with residents belongings to make the place a home for them. Obviously activities are curtailed at the moment but hopefully soon with easing of restrictions and better weather this may change.
Care is taken with diet and good food provided in the dining areas.
It is always possible to speak to a member of staff who treat my father with dignity and kindness and any problem is quickly dealt with.

During this pandemic COVID-19, despite the lack of help and guidance from the government, the staff have been extremely kind, caring and skilled and very concerned about the wellbeing of my sister. Staff have been fantastic during this time and helped him settle in, engaging with him and really 'going the extra mile' to keep everyone up to date and in touch in a very difficult time - first visit today and was really pleased with the friendliness of

Our mother moved to Norfolk House in September 2018, she has lived in Weybridge since 1968 and wanted to stay in the area. The staff are wonderful very kind and caring and the meals are delicious. Mums room is big and she was able to bring items from home. It is very warm and cosy and we are delighted
with our choice and would highly recommend.

My father was with you for less than a week for his final days. The care he was given was excellent. He was treated with dignity, the staff didn’t give up trying to encourage him to eat and drink, even though he didn’t want to. The staff treated his family like they had known them, taking time to make
sure we were ok as well, answering all our questions and making sure we were happy with how he was being cared for. Would highly recommend the home and can’t thank them enough for making what was a difficult time more bearable.

I’m a trained nurse, as well as a registered home manager. I’ve worked as a home manager before coming to Care UK but I never tire of the great feeling that you’re making a difference to people’s lives, whether it’s the residents, the team or the visitors who we meet each day. I’ve been working at Care UK since September 2015, and I joined to further my career and to improve my skills and experience. There are always lots of positive challenges: every resident is different and it’s my and my team’s job to ensure we’re meeting their needs in the way that best suits them.
