Thank you for taking the time to comment on our service. Your mother stayed with us at Clifden House for a single week of respite care. For reasons of privacy and dignity, I cannot discuss your mother's care here. We have corresponded at great length with you regarding your mother's stay and have responded in full to your issues raised directly. We have also provided documented records, but your assertions following her care are unsubstantiated. No issues were raised with us during the week of your mother's stay. Indeed, no feedback was received by us at all until we asked that fees for care kindly be settled. I am sorry on this occasion that we did not meet your personal expectations for your mother's care. Your response now sits amongst others we have received, and I would ask you to please take the time to read the feedback that has been left here. Once again, we wish nothing but the very best for your mother and her well-being.

We have a rolling programme of refurbishment and replacement, meaning that every room will be redecorated with new fixtures and fittings in turn, whether that is soft furnishings such as curtains, or furniture, etc. on a regular and reasonable turnaround basis. We are more than happy to act upon individual issues as they arise.
Communication is key and personal to each resident and family, so let us look into this and ensure we are meeting these needs in future. Thank you once again.
