Thank you for taking the time to respond to our questionnaire. Data protection and our own privacy and dignity policies and procedures mean that I cannot respond directly on this forum to all the issues that you have raised. I know that the manager has been in touch with you regarding his care. I can say that district nurses and other care professionals are in regular contact with your father and his care is closely managed and monitored. He is also mobile and free to move between his rooms and the communal areas of the home.
Regarding staffing, we adhere to a regulated and monitored staffing policy balancing staff numbers with the number and needs of residents. Staffing is set precisely by what we need, legally and practically. This is recorded, regularly assessed and closely monitored by the CQC.
