• Food and drink whilst the Service User is on the premises. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement as required.
• 24 hour care and attention (on a non exclusive basis)
• Heating and lighting.
• Use of the common areas of the home, such as, lounge, dining room.
• Access to additional services such as, hairdressing, chiropody, occupational therapy. Other additional services will give rise to an additional charge being made to the Service Users account, these include Newspapers and Toiletries.

I've been in the care sector for over 25 years, initially qualifying as a Cardiac Theatre Nurse in 1994. I joined the Southcare Group in 2002, progressing from a Registered Nurse (RGN) to the Registered Manager of Heatherdene Nursing Home in 2014. I always put the needs of others before my own and strive to make sure residents, staff and their families are all happy. I am passionate about my home, Heatherdene, and leading the way in inter-generational partnerships to improve the lives of our residents and everyone involved.
