Upon reviewing the information we hold on this particular service user, the information submitted in your review does not reflect the information we received from the direct family. After speaking with the home's management team, I can confirm that on no occasion did you nor the family raise a complaint with the home to address any of the concerns raised in your review. If these concerns were raised formally, at the time, the home would have been able to conduct a thorough investigation following the correct processes. The home has a number of different methods in place for providing feedback and I am disappointed that you feel the only way you could share your concerns is via a public platform. I will continue to monitor the concerns you have raised to prevent future occurrences.
