Before I came to Healthcare Homes I was an
administrator/receptionist for a different provider.
I think a person needs to be knowledgeable or must be willing to learn. You must be people orientated, know how to deal with different kinds of people in a friendly but professional manner. Must be well organised and know how to manage time. Stay calm.
The favourite part of my working day is being able to help out with the team. Completing tasks and being ready to accept more. Meeting new people.
The biggest professional challenge in my current role was moving from a corporate company where I had been for 5 years to a smaller but growing company.
