Thank you for your comments about your recent experience at Bon Accord Care Home. Our residents’ wellbeing is our main priority and it is great to hear that you were so pleased with the quality of our care.
Our Magic Moments activities programme includes lots of stimulating and different activities reflective of personal interests, likes and dislikes. It includes one-to-one, group and community based activities. Understandably, not every resident wants to participate in activities and our team will encourage participation, but respect resident’s wishes if they do not want to join in.
Due to restrictions placed upon us by local government, we had to restrict visits to our home for the safety and wellbeing of our residents. We know how difficult this was for families and residents and are now delighted to be able to welcome family members back into our home for regular, safe face-to-face visits. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please reach out to us at the home.
