Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for Lindridge, we pride ourselves in providing good care and having friendly, personable staff. Thank you for the comments regarding the light switch however there are two lights switches one on each side of the bed for ease of access, I will, however, remind staff to ensure this is pointed out to our residents in future. The light in the toilet is a motion sensor and I will look at trying to have the cut off time extended - we encourage positive and negative comments from all of our residents and patients as this helps us to provide the best care possible.

When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
