I am very sorry for your loss. Fairlight Nursing Home employs a Family Liaison Officer and one of her roles is to pass on the home's condolences, on behalf of myself and all of my staff at these sensitive times, and she did on this occasion. In subsequent communications between ourselves, I did pass on my personal condolences to you for your father. In the 21 years I have owned the home I have never looked on my residents as a number and I have fond memories of all of them. I am always available if you wish to discuss any issues further with me.
