Our fees are dependant on individual care needs and room requirements.
Fees are inclusive of all care, hotel services and accommodation. Hairdressing, chiropody, taxis, staff escorts, shop items and newspapers incur additional charges. Weekly physiotherapy is included in the fees.
We can signpost you to the appropriate advice and support to ensure individuals are receiving all entitlements, including attendance allowance, funded nursing care, etc.

Visitors welcome at any time and meals can be arranged for visitors. Residents can entertain visitors in their own private room or in communal areas, visitors also able to book the 'front room' for special occasions.

Our Group Manager, Melanie, has worked in the Care Industry for 22 years, starting as a Support Worker and undertaking training to progress her career to Registered Manager.
Melanie is customer-focused and has a passion for continuously improving the service provided through staff development and quality systems. Melanie has an excellent understanding of older people and prides herself on good working relationships with care professionals and service users' families.
As Group Manager, Melanie manages both Springfield and Prinsted with the support of an established Management team.
