Glen Arun is set in generous well-maintained gardens. Located on the outskirts of Horsham in a quiet cul-de-sac, backing onto rolling fields, it is conveniently located for Horsham town centre and main transport systems.

There are 36 single rooms, 10 en suite which are well decorated. A full complement of staff including 24-hour nurses, carers, daily freshly cooked meals, daily activities and a full range of other services.

My mother went into Glen Arun this summer and needed full nursing care. We found the staff very supportive and caring and nothing was too much trouble. She was very well looked after and as a family visiting, we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you, we would definitely recommend Glen Arun.

A very big THANK YOU to all the staff, nurses, and carers for all the loving,
tender care and kindness they gave to our dear dad and for making his time
at Glen Arun such a happy, relaxing time.
Also, many thanks for all the warm support and affection given to all the family.

I have been asked to give feedback on the entertainment of Glen Arun. The activity coordinator provides a variety of events and works very hard.
With regard to the care home itself, I have various issues which I have voiced to CQC. A lot of problems occur because of agency staff who are insufficient
and don't really know how to care. Also, there are language difficulties.

Overall we have been very pleased with the whole situation. The nursing staff are lovely, they pull out all the stops in their care and kindness. Activities are first class, a lot of hard work and care goes into all that is done. Very good. The building is being updated. It looks clean and fresh and
the house also has a lovely garden.
