If you're looking for somewhere that puts the care of the residents as their top priority, then you've found it with Aspen Place. The staff are a caring, happy and friendly team who listen to my concerns or suggestions and acts on them. Communication is very good, the food and the choices are fabulous,
and I can visit Mum any time I like. There are no restrictions on visiting. Just like it would be if Mum was living in her own home. The staff learns my family member's names, put on entertainment and ensures Mum is happy and cared for. Another family member of a resident said Aspen Place was a "jewel amongst care homes", I have to say, I agree.

Mum moved to Aspen Place just over 4 weeks ago, after leaving a residential home where they could no longer meet her dementia needs. To date, I cannot praise the carers and staff enough. Their patience, kindness and professionalism are exemplary. The home is well-run, clean and always welcoming. Mum's
healthcare and nutritional needs are being met, as are her personal care needs. The carers and staff respect Mum's personal space but promote social interaction at every opportunity. I am kept up to date on how Mum is doing, often sending me photos to videos. Aspen Place social spaces are bright and always full of life. Thank you for making a difference to both of us.

My husband spent six weeks in Aspen Place due to long Covid and the fact I'd had major surgery. I can't fault anything about his treatment. The staff were amazing, getting the residents to join in on so many activities. Plus, entertaining them most days, in fact, probably every day in so many different
ways.

My mother has been a resident of Aspen Place for around 5-6 weeks. She is 96 and suffers from dementia. My experience of Aspen Place is very positive in all respects, as my experience has been that residents are well treated and cared for, the staff are polite, supportive, and always helpful. They have
a challenging role (at times) and my experience is that they deal with difficulties with care and compassion.

My wife has settled into this care home well considering that she had never lived in care previously. The staff are always kind and considerate, even when my wife has a difficult day suffering from the effects of dementia. The drinks and food are always first class, and security and personal hygiene
are good. The quantity of activities available to residents has improved over the time that my wife has been in the care home.

Mum spent her last years in the warm care of the staff at Aspen. Despite some challenges brought on by the progression of her Alzheimer’s and lack of mobility, everyone was exceptionally kind, upbeat, and supportive. Aspen has special people who care deeply for their residents.

My mother has experienced two previous homes but Aspen Place is the best. Friendly, efficient, kind, understanding, and helpful, I've never seen my mum so happy as I have in a long time. She's always well presented and clean and every time I visit she has the biggest smile on her face. Very, very happy.

My mum was in Aspen Place for respite care, it was difficult for mum to go there as she is only 66 and just lost my dad with whom she was married 48 years and together 50. All of the staff were amazing and looked after mum so well, definitely would recommend this care home. Thank you to all of the team

The first impression of Aspen Place is nothing like a traditional care home, but rather a place anyone would feel more than happy to stay with a comprehensive range of facilities. The staff provided an excellent and reassuring welcome to my wife and their attentive and expert support has been very reassuring.
The nursing staff along with all the support team whether it be housekeeping, catering, nursing support, or reception coordinators have all been most helpful in working together to provide everything that one would want from such a home.

My father has been a resident of Aspen Place for more than eighteen months now. Sadly he has progressive dementia and he could no longer live at home alone. No one really wants their parents to be in residential care, but Aspen Place has proved to be the best solution ever. Professional but empathic
management, excellent nursing team, wonderful care staff, and a proactive activities teams. I couldn't wish for my father to be in a better place - thank you all. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff are very caring, nothing is too much trouble and they are very quick to respond to emails and resolve issues. When visiting, everywhere is bright and clean. My family member always looks well cared for - clean, tidy with clothes that have been ironed!
