We appreciate your candour, your feedback is important to us as we continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of the service we provide. Thank you for acknowledging the cleanliness, kind helpful administrator and lifestyle coordinator. We will pass on your feedback to them. We are currently renovating the service including the entrance drive. Our grounds and vegetation are being maintained by the gardeners and we endeavour to add more flowering plants in the future. We take pride in maintaining the correct number of staff daily based on peoples' care needs, to ensure that people receive the right support. Finally, we are actively working on adapting and improving the greenhouse door for people to use safely and effectively.
