None of these issues or concerns were raised to our staff of the Home Manager at the time and therefore could not be investigated or verified. We are rated 'Good' in all areas by CQC and were positively reviewed by Local Authority Monitoring. All other recent reviews by clients, relatives and external professionals are also positive.
