We always welcome the opportunity for concerns to be raised directly at the time they arise so that we can address, improve and resolve the situation. I would have welcomed the opportunity to have talked to you directly at the time regarding the issues you have raised. We pride ourselves on providing a caring, loving and safe environment for all, and as you can see from our reviews, satisfaction is consistently very high.
We always take a lessons learnt approach from feedback in order to ensure less positive experiences can be learnt from and addressed.

I have worked at Linfield House for 6 years however I have worked as part of the Guild Care family for over 17 years. I am a qualified Nurse with a diploma in health and social care. I love to make a difference in people's lives and enjoy meeting residents and their families.
Job Title: Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead
Joined: 2022
As Clinical Lead I oversee the clinical team and nurses to ensure that all areas are functioning correctly in line with CQC and the NMC. I oversee medication management and conduct clinical assessments for new residents before they move into our home. A key part of my role is liaising with residents' families on their loved one's health and care plans.
Job Title: Deputy Manager - Resources

I have worked at Linfield House for 5 years. I am responsible for staffing rotas ensuring that we have the appropriate resourcing levels and a safe staff-to-resident ratio. I also support and deputise for the Care Home Manager.

I manage the Housekeeping team and I love keeping Linfield House a clean and tidy environment for all.
Job Title: Administrator
I am responsible for ensuring all our resident's records are accurate and up to date. I communicate with residents' families and deal with any associated correspondence. I really enjoy interacting with our residents and their families and being part of the Linfield House family.
