We are pleased that you are happy with the covid safe rooms, as discussed you are still required to wear face masks when visiting so that deep cleaning of entire rooms is not required. Footcare and hairdressing are normally organised by the home, and this requires only payment to be made directly to the relevant provider of the service. We are happy that we have foreign-speaking staff and all are fluid in English. I am pleased that your mum is staying in her new room, which I know she is happy with, we continue to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home. I am aware that activities have been impacted due to all members of the activities staff shielding, but we are employing in these posts and hope to be up and running shortly.

My name is Sue and I have just joined the team at Cromwell House as the Housekeeper. I come with over 20 years experience of working in nursing homes in various departments, the last 10 years leading a domestic team.It is a lovely home and I have been made to feel very welcome. Lots to do but I am enjoying it and have the support of a very good team.
