My nana was cared for with so much kindness right up until she passed away. The activities and people who would come in and entertain especially the dog, were just great, with lots of variety. I would recommend the Littleport Grange Residential Home to anyone asking.

My mother-in-Law had the best care possible from The Grange. She started her care in another home first, but we were so pleased when we managed to get her into The Grange. The staff went out of their way to make her as comfortable as could be. I would recommend them to anybody.

Mum has now been a resident for over a year. During that time I have nothing praise for Littleport Grange and its facilities.
All members of staff have treated mum with the utmost care and respect and she seems to have a lovely rapport with all staff.
It’s lovely to be able to see mum (via the brilliant
social media group) enjoying herself dancing and singing along to the numerous talented singers and music acts that you very regularly have performing.
During the warmer months, it is lovely to be able to take mum outside and walk and relax and chat about the flowers, trees and squirrels in the lovely extensive gardens and grounds of the Grange.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone, the way they look after my mum is amazing.

My Dad moved to Littleport Grange in October 2022, which was an incredibly hard decision to make. It was like an instant relief to know that my Dad was in safe hands!
As my Dad is such a young resident, it was always a concern of mine that he would be bored; but this couldn't be further from reality.
The activity schedule is extensive, and I couldn't be more impressed. The activities include arts and crafts, games, entertainers, trips out and personal one-to-one trips to cafes etc.
The meals provided are fantastic, and I especially love that he gets a choice of meals daily. The carers are personal, and really do make great efforts to build relationships with the residents.

Littleport Grange have always been welcoming and helped me out enormously when mum moved into the care home. They have answered numerous questions, and I feel that nothing is ever too much trouble. I know mum is in the best place. They have dealt with her dementia with love and understanding, always
showing her the greatest compassion and care. They offer a wide range of activities from musical events, to garden centre visits, to watching the local pantomime. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, and I know from mum's smile that she is in the right place.

Littleport Grange is a fantastic care home that took care of my mum whilst she spent 13 weeks in plaster. Catered for her every need with compassion and energy. The staff are all fantastic. The room mum had was great with all that she needed. Lovely and warm all the time. Meals are fantastic all the
time according to my mum, and once I visited mum whilst she was eating her apple crumble and custard and I was given some too, delicious. To all the team of carers on the top floor thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping mum with her rehabilitation. A truly beautiful place to stay and has enormous grounds.

My mum has been at the home for 5 weeks now and although I have only spoken to her by phone, she has told me that she is very happy there. The family who have visited have confirmed this.My experience when she first entered was that the staff were very dedicated and caring and the room is lovely with
views of the garden. Everything I requested for my mum has been provided so far to keep her safe and well.

Without the care and love all the staff gave my aunt we would not have had her for an extra two and a half years. It is an amazingly excellent home. The care and dedication of all the staff from the kitchen, cleaners and especially the carers.

Ladies and gentlemen if your looking for a care home that goes that extra mile, keeping loved ones safe, entertained, happy, well cared for , well fed and in comfort, then look no further than Littleport Grange.
Staff are so great here and really love the residents and their jobs. The entertainment
team put in so much effort they always have something going on.
The food, in my granny’s words, is lovely and the bed/room comfortable.
The staff keep family well informed (especially during covid lockdowns) zoom and telephone calls and emails. They are sheets on hand to give you updates. The manager is so helpful, it made the transition from my nan's own home to care home stress free. We were so worried how she would adapt but she has settled so well, our fears were unfounded. She loves it there. If you are wanted a find a care home for your loved one please go take a look, the gardens is spectacular too.
I can’t fault it.

I have nothing but praise for the care and love given to my very elderly mum.
During covid, Littleport Grange was lucky to be chosen for lateral flow testing. This meant we were able to be tested and with necessary restrictions ie masks, screens, booked time slots, designated areas, were able to visit
every week. We were very grateful for this and helped us get through the difficult time.
The staff had lots more work to deal with and worked extremely hard for the welfare of the residents. They have lots of activities and entertainment for them.
Between visiting times, I wave at Mum through a window, in one of the airy day rooms. This makes her smile as phone calls can be difficult due to hearing problems!
Mum has a downstairs room with a french door which means I am currently able to see her there.
We take her out into the lovely grounds in good weather. The residents have a veggie plot there too.
Any problems they help overcome and are very caring.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Littleport Grange.

Mum is very happy and well cared for. Sometimes it does take a while for the phone to be answered, but remember that there are a lot of residents to care for. Patience is a virtue I was brought up with. The staff have always been helpful and friendly on the phone or in person. The entertainment aspect
is brilliant always something for them to do if they wish. A big thank you to all the staff.

Getting hold of staff to check on the welfare of my father is very difficult. When you do get through staff are very rude and do not speak good English. Zoom calls are difficult to set up as staff do not understand what they are doing so then we then become the host of the call, once set up the call
is not joined on their end so a total waste of time. It is a lot of money to stay there and my father slept in his chair for over a year. I realise older persons can be difficult and stubborn but don't feel enough or anything has been done to make his bed more comfortable.
