Thank you for your feedback, it's lovely to hear that your mum is happy and settled. Our activity team have been working tirelessly to improve the activities that are on offer over the seven-day period, please pick up an activity planner when you are next visiting and attend our relatives' meeting so you can share some ideas and help shape the planner going forward. There has been a huge amount of work around ensuring staffing levels meet and exceed the levels required to support our resident population and this is constantly under review. Please introduce yourself to me when you are next visiting, it's important to seek feedback after we have implemented change so we can monitor the effects observed by others.
