In March when the COVID restrictions were being eased slightly we saw Mum in the reception/coffee lounge area of Amberley for a change (still wearing masks etc). This is a nice bright area where we could have coffee, tea, and cold drinks whilst chatting to Mum, and the change of scenery made for a very
relaxed and enjoyable time. Mum has been in Amberley since October 2020. In that time she has had a few ups and downs but the staff have been absolutely brilliant and have always looked after her well and kept me updated. I call the home regularly and the staff are always happy to talk to me about the things Mum has been up to and if she needs any toiletries or anything else. I know she is in very capable hands and I can’t praise the staff enough for making her so happy and always smiling even though she doesn’t remember them from one hour to the next as she has Alzheimer’s. Keep up the wonderful work.

On entering to visit the staff are very helpful. His care has been excellent, my son is very happy, and treated with care and dignity. Would really recommend Amberley Hall.

Staff are very friendly and caring. The room is comfortable. Everybody feels like family. It is nice to be able to get out into the gardens.

After five weeks in hospital, I was sent to Amberley Hall for rehabilitation. The staff were very good and got me back on my feet again and walking and able to manage stairs.

My Dad has lived at Amberley Hall for 2 years 7 months and is very happy there. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Kept informed of any changes. Overall would recommend this care home. If my Dad is happy then I am happy.

Very pleased with the care and treatment observed. The communal areas are always clean and smell nice. Likewise, the room is always clean, never smelly and very spacious, very comfortable.

My stay of two weeks was absolutely fantastic, the care staff, all of them, were so kind and attentive. They could not do enough for you. I had regular visits from physios, O/Ts and nurses. Meds were just class and plenty of them. Could not fault this establishment in any way. Thank you.

The process to be admitted to visit my mother was thorough but professional and courteous, demonstrating the care with which the residents are treated. My mother has been well treated during her time here with excellent physio support.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Made Mum a cup of tea to enjoy whilst we chatted. Left on our own during our visit, which was lovely. Just can't wait for the day to have a hug with my Mum!
