We take all feedback good and bad very seriously and are sorry that you feel we have not met our normally high standards of five stars. As you were aware and agreed the move was made due to replacing the flooring in the room and you were happy with the suggested alternative room. All points highlighted have been discussed with our Manager and reviewed accordingly.
