Thank you so much for your feedback, this is always so very helpful, to enable the team to improve on our current standards of practice. To reassure you, we have a full establishment of staff at Walcot Hall, but understand completely when you are needing support and having to wait for staff to arrive, I will share your comments with my teams and hope this improves going forwards. With regards to the toiletries, this is standard practice amongst all care home providers due to the variation in specific and personal requirements and choices, however, we do have a minimum stock on site if you do need any item, so please do come and ask - all at a very good rate.
