I am so very sorry that your family has had this experience at such a sad time in your lives. How really awful for you and what a great shame you didn’t come to speak to me about this, as I would have actioned this immediately.
Whilst I realise nothing can detract from this experience, please rest assured I am taking the strongest possible action regarding this incident
Barking Hall is generally a warm and friendly place where people choose to come and spend their last months or years and your grandmother was I know highly thought of amongst the staff team and is very much missed by us all.
