Firstly, please accept my sincere condolences for your loss and thank you for taking the time to write this review and for your kind words. As you say, we only cared for your dad for a short while whilst he was on his end-of-life journey, but it was an absolute privilege to do so. We strongly believe that a "good death" is very important, and we are so glad that we were able to support you and your father on that journey ensuring that he was comfortable and able to spend his last days with us receiving dignified care in a calm environment. I will pass this feedback on to my staff. We will add Dad's name to our "vine of life", and his legacy will live on forever here at Chantry House.

Thank you Sarah for your feedback, it is so lovely to hear what we are doing well and what we have learnt from Dad's emergency placement, we certainly did get there by working together and I am glad that we have now settled into a good routine with Dad meeting his needs. Staff are continuing to learn from Dad and we are continually shaping his care to suit his needs. Dad is becoming part of our Chantry "family" it is a pleasure to see him spending more time in the communal areas and engaging with us all. I will pass your feedback on to the team.

When we moved dad into Chantry House it was run by another provider and it was perfect. Sadly we noticed a huge decline as soon as De Vere took over in all aspects of the home, the staff
