Thank you for your review, the care staff do try very hard to ensure that your friend has clean clothes on after every meal and a shave each morning and as you indicated can be non compliant most of the time, we can only encourage and support our residents and unfortunately on occasions if the choice is not to change then we will respect his wishes. I am sorry that when you did visit on this occasion he did not have his t shirt changed. We will obviously continue to encourage your friend to change. We hope that you do enjoy your visit with him and that you can see he is well in himself.
