I am sorry you feel this way and you have had a negative experience. We are happy to discuss the options with you, and a senior member of our team will reach out privately to do so if you require. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support and it is something we take very seriously. We strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our service user's experience wherever possible.
We have an experienced head chef, and the residents have a full choice of meals and develop the menu with the chef. We will always take alternative requests on the day.
Staffing levels are monitored and we ensure that we are staffed at a safe level. Our levels of staffing are considered to be at a high ratio of staff to resident care. All medical equipment is checked externally to ensure that it is working correctly.
Again, I can only apologise for your experience and strive to move forward. We wish you the very best.
