Oulton Park is part of a region and a division which have been overseen by the same Managing Director for nearly four years so that, even when it isn’t possible for a General Manager to remain in the service, the continuity is delivered in the home. Whoever leads the home is also guided and supported by strict Barchester protocols, systems and processes which ensure the residents are as unaffected as possible by change.
