My mum was in Saville Manor nursing home for the last 2-weeks of her life. She was admitted on the first day the care home entered lockdown, so, unfortunately, I was unable to visit her, but the nursing staff made sure they rang me most days so I could talk to my mum. When she deteriorated, they rang
me, and I was allowed to come in to be with her. I was given the appropriate PPE and was able to be with her holding her hand when she passed away peacefully. The home looked spotlessly clean, and the nursing staff supported me in my grief. I would not have wanted Mum to be anywhere else at the end.

I have always been impressed by the standard of care my mother is receiving at Saville Manor. The whole environment is beautiful and clean and the atmosphere homely and inviting. The staff are very kind and welcoming and obviously love the people they are caring for. They make sure that visitors feel
happy and comfortable and can be provided with food and beverages if desired. My mother has been living there for some time now and is obviously very happy and contented.

My wife's mother lived at Saville Manor for the last 18 months of her life. The care she received was outstanding and it was very evident to us as observers that it flowed from good leadership. The team were well organised and efficient, were expected to care and were shown good examples by the senior
staff who rolled up sleeves when needed. The friendliness and humanity of the frontline staff were exemplary.

Staff and management are very kind and helpful. My husband settled into this home very quickly and seems extremely happy. I am made very welcome when I visit. The atmosphere in the home is very calm and this seems to transfer to the residents.

I am so pleased that my uncle is at Saville Manor and has been since 2018. The staff are so kind and caring, his room is lovely and his care is excellent. Should I need to go into a nursing home in the future I would certainly choose Saville Manor I cannot fault it.

My aunt, who suffered with dementia, was a resident here for almost 4 years and could often be very challenging to deal with. However, the staff were always very caring and understanding, treating her with dignity and kindness at all times. There have been a number of improvements in the home recently,
both inside and outside, and these have made for an even safer and more comfortable environment for the residents.

Mum is 101 and very frail but the care she receives seems to be first class. The carers are very kind and patient. They always make a special effort when it's her birthday, making sure she has a lovely day - with presents and a cake! She is very limited in what she can do but when she could take part,
there were always activities and games (she often won at skittles) and she enjoyed the little trips to The Botanic Gardens.

Mama spent the last 5 months of her life at Saville Manor. She was so well cared for, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. All requests were quickly fulfilled. A great location, a shame mama could not see the great view out of the window. The home is well maintained with a good feel. Thank you
