My sister and I cannot speak too highly of the care our sister is receiving at Meadowcare Home. She always appears relaxed and happy when we visit - it is great that when we leave her we know she is in such good, caring hands.

I find that the staff are really lovely and meet all his needs. I don't have to worry about him because he is being very well looked after. The staff are all very friendly and caring people.

My father moved into this care home in August 2022 after experiencing many moves during his hospital stay. My father was initially confused and agitated due to him being moved around constantly. The staff at Meadowcare Home were excellent during the process of settling him into his new environment.
My father soon settled and was lucky enough to participate in the activities within the home. Unfortunately, my has declined due to his dementia but he still receives excellent care. So pleased we found this home for him! Thank you.

Staff are very caring and polite. My father is very happy and cared for. He has put on weight and is always singing and taking part in activities. Asked if I could see my father's room, and without hesitation, I was shown his room (due to Covid, it was the first time we were able to).
Very well-run
home and all residents seem happy.
Good communication between staff and family.
Would highly recommend it to anyone.

All the nurses and carers are fantastic. Mum passed away on 13th July 2022. They made her last 6 years extremely comfortable and cared for her very well, showing extreme kindness, even though Mum had dementia and could be very cantankerous. Cannot speak highly enough and I would recommend anyone to
them. Fantastic care home.

I find the home to be an excellent care home. My 97 year old father has complex needs and I find all the staff to be very caring. The home is always clean and tidy and the staff, very welcoming.

A warm welcome on arrival. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My wife was happy at being there for her respite. On leaving the manager said to come again, which we probably will later this year.
One negative point, all clothes were labelled, yet still clothes missing on departure and wrong clothes
in suitcase.

Unfortunately, my husband suffered a stroke in January 2021, was in hospital for 2 weeks and in rehabilitation for 6 weeks and sadly, he made no improvement. Thankfully Meadowcare had a vacancy. It is a very caring, happy home. The staff treat him with dignity and do all in their power to make him feel
happy and as safe as possible. When I visit, I am welcomed with a cup of coffee and made to feel Meadowcare is a big family. I can be at home knowing my husband is being looked after by all the staff. Registered nurses and carers, cleaners, laundry ladies, chefs, activities ladies, receptionists and management a big thank you to you all. Anyone needing a care home for their loved one please go to Meadowcare. You won't be disappointed.

Mum has been at Meadowcare since December 2020, and despite Covid, has settled well. Staff have always contacted us with any concerns they may have had. I have been visiting Mum since March, and always found everyone both helpful and friendly. I have just attended a review meeting at the home, and it
is clear that they have got to know Mum very well and have a clear understanding of needs. Residents are viewed as individuals, all with their own special needs. As a family, we are very happy with Meadowcare and feel it is the right place for Mum.

The home is very pleasant and everytime I visit, there is a good atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, attentive and energetic showing a great degree of care and patience with residents. The admin side has improved in the last year and is now very efficient. Meetings are held with family and friends
of residents every three months who actively engage on a wide range of matters relating to the home. Detailed care plans and records are kept up to date and can be reviewed at any time.

I am very happy with Meadowcare Home and happy to leave my husband in such excellent caring hands. I know the staff truly love their work and are really dedicated. All of the staff, nurses, carers, chefs, domestics, laundry ladies and I must not forget the wonderful activities ladies who enjoy entertaining
the residents with such fun!) are one big happy team, who all work together well whilst there. I very often hear the praise. We are all one big happy family. This also relates to the resident's families and friends.

My stepmother has been in residence at Meadowcare Home for 3 and a half years. She has always been well looked after and all the staff show a kind and caring attitude. My father has been a resident here since 2017. So was my mother who sadly passed away in December last year. The care my parents have received in this home has been amazing. The staff are all devoted to the residents and their compassion is exemplary. My father's dementia leaves him unable to know that
my mother has gone. The patience and love shown to my dad leave us, as a family, happy that our father is so well looked after when we can't be with him.
