My mother has been a resident for almost three years.
I can honestly say I cannot find fault with her care or the home.
The home itself is very clean and has everything my mother needs.
The nurses who work there are wonderful, always very friendly and helpful and get on with my mother well.
Over
the years she has had opportunities for trips out, beauty and hair appointments.
There have also been numerous events and family days at the home which are very welcoming and good for the residents.
I have always found my mother well catered for and very well looked after.
Overall I am very happy with Beaufort.

The home gives extremely good care to my father, and we could not ask for a better place for him to be.
When we are not there, you know they look after him like family.

My mother is 99 years old, very deaf and very set in her ways. She has been cared for very well by all the staff and management. She can be very difficult at times but that is probably due to her age. I couldn't care for her as well as the staff do and for that, I am eternally grateful.

After a 2-month stay in hospital being treated for an infection last year my father was no longer able to walk, therefore his needs had changed dramatically (he was diagnosed with vascular dementia 8 years ago and had been in a 'supposedly' specialist dementia setting for 2 years prior to his hospital
admission).
While initially in the hospital it had been inferred to me that my father may not recover.
Twelve months later my father has gone from strength to strength thanks to Beaufort Hall and the care he has received there since November 2016.
What a difference, as although he has not regained his mobility he is very happy (and although Beaufort Hall is not a specialist dementia setting the support my father receives is far superior, proactive and effective than in his previous setting).
He is integrated fully with the other residents, is provided regularly with both occupational and creative activities and most importantly staff who genuinely care about him. Thank you so much.

I haven't visited my uncle very often but the care home workers seem conscientious, honest and caring.

We always have such a laugh with your uncle - he sang along into a microphone alongside a singer which came into our home this week, organised by our events coordinator and is also taken out regularly when he wants.

My brother has been at the home since May 2017 and has settled well and is very happy. The staff relate well to him and their care for him is very evident. They are always welcoming when I visit.

The staff at Beaufort Hall are caring, friendly and very professional.
I live overseas and rely on them to care for my mother and to keep in touch with me regarding her welfare.
