Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate that refurbishment can be disruptive and we have tried our best to minimise the impact on our residents during this time. The work is almost complete and we hope our residents will enjoy our newly furbished areas. We have liaised with the home manager who has confirmed that Elm View is currently fully staffed and that our activities programme includes a mix of activities and one to one sessions. The health and wellbeing of our residents is an absolute priority for us and whilst we can't discuss specific cases or personal details here, our care home manager would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you the concerns you raise about your relative.
